Returns

  • Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items such as personalized products, gift cards, and intimate wear are non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your return.

Refunds

  • After approval, refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please contact us at support@rebelzone.in.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

  • In case of damaged or defective items, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

Exchanges

  • Approved exchanges and replacement delivered within 5-7Days

  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds can take some time to be officially processed.
